- What is your return policy? Since all of our artwork is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in the event of damage incurred during shipment. We want you to be 100% happy with your art, so please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. support@nurserydecorco.com
- What happens if an order is damaged? Though rare, damage during shipping does occur. If you receive a damaged package, contact support@nurserydecorco.com within 7 days of receipt of the order. A picture of the damaged product and packaging will be required. We'll send you a replacement at no extra cost to you.
